it looks tough as hell but the problem with r6's and crash cages is the fact that the front motor mount is on a super weak part of the cylinder and if the cage digs in it rips the motor apart ....
i suggest not making the part of the cage that bolts to the motor mount a contact point meaning if the bike tips over make the cage so that part doesn't hit the ground , this will cause the bike to want to roll up on the tank some times but better a dent in the tank then ripping the motor mount off the side of the motor

for real dude im with u on that one.... powers sucks **** in my mind, i had one and same thing.. its junk... went with sick innovations never goin back to powers or recommending that waste of metal

Its funny to, when i saw your pics on your myspace, i saw wheelie D. and i almost bought a 900rr he had awhile ago hah.
For extra cash you think you could make a subcage for a 03 636 with a highmount... or even just normal pipe too... I want one of those bad!
