cut fairings and wind resitance

i just recently cut my fairings flush with the forks on my 03 gixxter 600. i mostly parking lot pimp but do get on highways. has anyone ever had wind pocket or resistance problems while on one wheel? i havent tried it out yet due to bad rain and flooding. just wanted advice before i do this ****. also running no headlight, have an acerbis on order, so theres no front cowl. what should i be expecting?

If you're going fast enough to have to worry about wind resistance while doing wheelies maybe you should spend some more time in the lot.

do you have pix of the setup? When I run 3/4 on the F4 I ziptie the lowers to the frame to keep them from flexing but I'm braindead after working today and can't seem to picture how your plastics are cut?

Re: cut fairings and wind resitance

i was riding with my friend on his 01 gsxr 600 with no upper on the highway at like 90mph and his fairing snapped in half and flew off.

no effect in wheelies though.
