Handbreak problems

Got a brembo 16x18 set up feels at times like i can almost pull it all the way to the bars after using it for a while anyone else ever had this problem does it need to be bled again?

Thanks, yeah it just started today i thought it was me actually let one of my buddies take it and they always feel spongy but soon as he went up right to 12 and he said the same thing
