shinko stealth 003 for the front

Has anyone here ever ran them for the front??? They come in 2 types, regular and ultra soft. The price is right, but do they perform???

shinko and tomahawk belong in the same pile of ****. It would be like asking if one of those hysong bikes would be good to ride.

im a dealer and sell em like hot cakes..........mostly cuz they are cheap.... i dont argue or put my in cuz i nvr ran them........personally i have only had dunlop sportmax qualifiers and probably only ever will. But if i may make the point that the feedback i get from my customers they dont seem to have any complaints so its gonna be a trial and error for ya

cheaping out on tires is a stupid idea in my two cents you can only rip as hard as what ever tire your using will hold so why limit yourself.

%90 of sportbike riders can't even ride the bike to half its potential... that could be a cause for the feedback he's getting

Re: shinko stealth 003 for the front

i've been running the ultra soft for a few months and love it. say what you will but the tire hooks like a pilot and is fat and flat so there is no drifting once ur at BP. ran it in 30 degree weather and was rolling 200+ only down fall is they wear fast.

Bottom line is you get what you pay for. If its cheaper then everything else there is a good reason why.

I like them. my bike has it on the front right now in soft and WHEW!! that's why it's called the stealth. super secret stoppie killer. I could get shot for letting this out.

Re: shinko stealth 003 for the front

I had the 005.... good for the first week or so but they burn up way to fast. no burns either just riding... I dont know about the CT2s but the reg. pilot powers.... junk

You want a great tire....Continental Conti Force Radial front and rear

Turn your speakers down and check this out (Tire installed 7/19/08)

That tire is still to this day on the bike with good tread
