Help With Video

i have a video im trying to turn into a moving avatar but it was recorded sidways does anyone know how to flip it???????

edit it with windows movie maker. theres an option in there somewhere to turn it.

drag the clip down to the timeline, then right click on it, select "video effects" then scroll down in that menue and youll see "rotate 90"
