This or a fiddy?

Found a 92' CBR600F2 with a SI cage, 12 bar, new tires, 68 tooth sprocket, aftermarket clutch. It needs a battery, gas tank cap and tank bolts, no fairings and no title. Says it runs strong for $650 OBO.

Its either this thing or a fiddy, my parents have a 12'~ by 150'~ cement patch on their farm I can play around on until i get a truck to haul it around(Cops are thick around here).

Search wasn't a huge help on this bike so is this bike worth taking a closer look at? I don't want to buy something I'll have to throw a lot money into to keep running(crashes aside).

Re: This or a fiddy?

It's been for sale for almost a month locally and I heard hes willing to trade it for a 4 wheeler so I think I have a decent chance. We'll see.

Re: This or a fiddy?

Id hold out on a better deal, I found a 01 f4i brand new stunt parts dude wrecked it 4th time out and broke swingarm in half, bent the rear wheel and one cage he got broken up pretty good. I picked it up for 800 with a clean florida title. Waiting on a wheel and im goin ridin.

Go to some stunt lots and ask around my last 03 f4i I picked up for 1k cage and all. But if you wanna ride asap, 500 isnt to bad

hold out for a better deal? a f2 already setup for $650, is not a good enough deal?

a clean title f4i for $800 is a STEAL, thats a one in a life time deal..
A f4i frame ALONE is worth $900+
And a f4i motor alone is worth $600+

Hell my friend just got a clapped out f4i for $2500, and that was a DEAL!

I got mine for $3500..

Finding a f4i with a title for under $1500 is RARE

Re: This or a fiddy?

Called today and it's already sold, I'm not too upset because my initial plans was to buy an F4i with a title next year anyway.

Just kind of wanted something to beat around on until then.

Re: This or a fiddy?

Found the guy who bought it from the original seller, he's asking $700 so he must of got it for a decent price. Trying to work out a trade: it+cash for my clean titled 99' EX250(Couldn't handle the uncontrollable power, too many scary power wheelies)

Hopefully we work something out, I really need a beater to learn on before I loop my RR!
