so i just got a wreckless for stunting on private property which i had permission from the doctor who own it to ride there...the cops claim since there isnt a gate its open to the public...guess i call the doc monday!

Here is what you do. His name is on the ticket. Find out where he lives. Take a ride to his house with you buddies and start tearing up his front yard. When he comes outside with his gun tell him he has no gate ... so it's open to the public.

You can fight it in court, my brother was a cop and I've talked to him about these things. Unless the owner called the cops on you they can't step on private property. They are banking on the fact you don't know your rights, get writen permission from the owner and a lawyer. Just because there isn't a gate dosen't mean it's open to the public, if that were true anyone could just come on your property because it's not gated in. Next time you ride there bring cones and block off the entrance, and don't stop riding there. My brother is no longer a cop, so **** them all for messing with people riding bikes there are rapist and murders out there.
and to take it to court.

I was there! Funny ****, He rode like 4 wheelies right infront of the popo and didn't know he was behind him like 2 ft away from the bike. We had shut the cameras off like 2 mins before that! I now believe in, "Don't Ever Shut The Camera Off Rule"
