SickInnovations... Whats the deal?!?!
I have officially had bad customer service/bad experience from SI. Whats the deal here. I have place 2 orders prior and had zero problems and now this.
I ordered a cage for an F2 and after about 2 weeks called and you said you were redesigning the F2 cage and should be no longer than 2 weeks, Fine, that's cool. Well, 2 weeks later, call again, Still working on it and should be ready soon, Fine, again, no big deal.
Now today another call, The guy that had the F2 you were using sold the bike or something and no idea when you would have another F2 for mock up. Was told it could be a week, could be a month, could be longer. After a month or better now I didn't get one phone call, email, nothing letting us know of the problem and then I just said screw it and canceled the order cause I wanting it before the riding season is over here and you did nothing to even attempt to try and make things right. Just an OK have a nice day more less.
If there was a problem or something and was going to take a while a simple email would have been nice or a phone call saying here is the deal, what would you like to do but I got nothing.
I have sent a lot of people your way and so far nothing but good words and myself have always had great service but what happened this time?? Don't go the Powers way when it comes to customer service and customer communication. Please!!!! lol
Was hoping to get a cage for this before the season was over but don't see that happening now so time to put the bike back together so I can at least ride it on the street before the season is done with here in MN.
Maybe next year I will have better luck when I need a cage for my yet to be purchased F4i.

Might want to let people know on the site also that you dont have any F2 cages right now and it could be a while.

SI is in the process of moving to a bigger building because the business has grown so much so im sure that has something to do with the extensive wait. Im sure Ian will treat U right.

what are the modifications worked on the cage for f2? a lot of people said to me that they had a lot of problems with S.I. cage on f2 and f3. it's about broken engine mount after couple bike throw.

Well that and who the hell rides F2's anymore? Atleast they were being honest with you... if you had a newer more popular bike you would have had your cage by now. SI may not be sending you daily emails but they pickup the phone and tell you the truth.

Whats up man. sorry to hear you're so upset. We did tell whoever placed the order, that it was bieng redesigned for the problems that we heard about the motor mounts breaking. we didnt want to sell you something that could damage your bike. we have tried to get it done in a timely fashion, but new designs take quite a bit longer than something that is in production. Now that the guy sold the bike, it has put a damper on things. thats why we gave you the option of either canceling the order or waiting awhile. we didnt want to lead you on. I appologize about the problems. We will make it right when you get that f4i.

Yea I havent had good luck with them yet! I ordered a cage and a 12 for my rr on the 2nd of july, it is now the 25th and i still dont have them! they pulled the money out of my account on the 9th. So we are working on a month here! I need my cage before i destroy this bike!

lol. As much as we'd love to ship same day, we are just backed up as all other companies are. This is a rapidly growing industy and we do all we can to get all orders out asap.

SI is the fastest on the shipping out of the rest. I've stop dealing with one manufacturer because they are about 2 months behind and never get a status.

Ive had No problems with SI!!! Great products and both orders have only taken about a week and a half to get :YEAH AND when i do email them about it i usualy get a response with in a few hours!!
Only problem i have had is fitment of the stuff but that is because of my pimp *** race body work getting in the way. I made it fit and looks ****

Just got off the phone with them! Yes this time great customer service! An eta date and everything! It makes life much easier when you know what the hell is going on!

SI told me they would ship it out last fri or this monday. I called on monday and they told me they were waiting for stuff to get back from the powder coaters. ive called them at least 6 times on several occasions and all i want is a delivery date. Wouldnt be so bad if they wouldnt pull the money out till the ship date. makes me feel taken.
SI always has taken good care of me, 6 orders in the last 3 years and nothing but good products, and one delay in shipping with understandable reason. ppl must understand no one is sitting around looking at ur order saying " hey **** this guy, ill ship it when i feel like it". business like this rely on other businesses like powder coaters, laser cutters etc. and **** gets backed up esp in the summer, tell me uve never had **** on backorder for OEM parts? blahh, relax and deal with it, atleast they answer the phone and tell u whats going on when u call, unlike most of the other companies.
