icon vest works pretty good, and if you cut the rubber plate off the chest it fits under your shirt without looking too bulky

If your gonna cut the front part of it off, just get a regular old spine protector

good point, i was already stuck with the vest so thats what i did.

thats spine protectors a lot cheaper too.

I use alpinestars elbowpads, ufo spine protector and ufo kneepads

Works great imo
