we ended up replacing the motor on a bike thinking it was engine problem..
started back up and still overheated...

talked with a radiator guy who told me about the core constriction...

i replace my radiators once a year from doing so many burnouts..
+1 sorta expensive but well worth it!

i've fixed up a second fan, it's connected into my sidelight wiring but also switched by my riders seat, so i can just flick it on or off from my right hand switches, or if i'm running with my lights on i can switch it off near my seat.

that way the real fan still kicks in if the temperature gets stupidly high and i can have both running at the same time to drop the temp below 100 degrees C

as long as your bike is in tip-top shape, the stock coolant and fan wiring work fine,even at 115 deg.

Along with everything else, I wrap my headers with the exhaust header wraps. When you install them properly 20 deg easy difference. It displaces andd absorbs the heat enough to make a very noticeable difference.
