if i remember correctly you will need all the 04 wheel spacers and then you also need the smallest of the two 07 spacers

use the small 07 spacer on the right side of the wheel and then either space out the rotor or space in the caliper

Re: 636 help

i know it's a crappy pic but you can see the two spacers and if you look carefully you can see the spacer i used to move the rotor out

from the left of this picture you see the red wheel , aluminum spacer for rotor , rotor, stock 04 spacer , smallest 07 spacer , caliper bracket

i spaced the rotor out with an aluminum ring but i have a lathe to make spacers on , if you don't have access to a lathe it would probably be easier for you to make spacers for the caliper and just move it over

Re: 636 help

um i was told that for the conversion u need all the spacers from the new wheel, the one that goes between the swingarm and sprocket is actually bigger than the 04? Not for certain as i have yet to put mine on yet, im gettin em powdercoated first and then i am putting them on. but i do believe thats all you need?

Re: 636 help

Bubash, just get the 05-06 swingarm. You can probably find one cheap as hell and they look much better.

I know that the wheels and rotors fender and everything is the same. Im pretty sure the swingarm is also the same. But i also have a set of 05 06 wheels and i just got a whole new axle with all the spacers and i looked at them and the sprocket side spacer is a good 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch bigger so i think that will work. Im looking to do the swingarm conversion just cause it looks better. Just keep the main things on the 03 that are better. like the subframe and frame thats bout it!

you need to use the 03 04 spacer if your gonna use the 03 04 swing arm or the chain wont line up with the sprocket .
