bringin the stupid crazy fire back...

and it burnt me!

edub...im feeling your pain. hoping 3 weeks is enough recovery time before Nashville!!!

luckily xrays show no fractures. my ankle is severly sprained and the heel / foot is crushed!!!

Sick bro that sucks. Sorry to hear that. Soak that bastard in hot water and epsom salt every night. Its the medicine of the gods. Then get some damn ben gay heat pads and put them on it while you sleep. Im telling you that **** works wonders for stuff like that. I completly smashed my foot the tuesday before XDL. I thought it was fractured for sure. I did all that crap I just said religiously and I was able to ride without too much pain.

My arm is feeling better though. Still hurts like hell if I put any pressure on my collar bone though. Hopefully I can heel up by then. We'll see how it goes.

im trying to soak this bitch in epsom salt as much as possible...it burns like a *****!!! bout 5 mins and im ready to jump through the roof!

all i can say is im so glad i dont ride in tennis shoes anymore!!! the astars boots really saved my ankle. im pretty sure the foot would have been chop suey without em!!!

this pic really doesnt do justice, but the gash is like 1/2 inch deep!
