i hope that epsom salts does something for that toe.

 

My foot looked exactly like that last year, and I had the same injuries according to the doc. What we did is worse than breaking it apparantly. It took me nearly 2 months to get off crutches! Then another couple months to get full mobility without pain/discomfort. It's almost a year later and it's still a little stiff/sore sometimes...

Good luck healing, and don't rush it or you could **** it up even worse...

i hope not...i already ditched the black boot cause i didnt want my ankle getting stiff.

its weird, sometimes it feels great and im able to get up and move around with no problem. then i sit down and next time i get up i can barely walk.

the purple is starting to lighten up...will see in a few days how the progress is going. i have a dr appt. tuesday. hopefully its good news!

 

thats the new toe growing in....it was a sad day a month ago for mr. toenail. lol i went to the pool for the first time this year and I was like holy ****..my toe is disgusting. i was always afraid to rip it off cause it didnt bother me to ride. after stairring at that bitch for about 10 minutes i rippped it off.

heal up dan.....give "joint juice" a try....it's got glucosomine in it, i swear it works, supposed to help with lubricating your joints.....give it a shot, you can get it at sams club

 

i did the same thing a while back had a walking cast for 9 days. i'd recommend keeping on it as much as possible when mine got stiff it took months to get back to normal

 

at this rate with all you top guys crashing and getting hurt I might just qualify in tenn!!!!
