Re: powers crash cages yes or no?

theyre junk for all bikes. theyre wayy too bulky, have **** clearance for drifting, and have a terrible design that mounts flat to the frame which can and does cause frame damage. and theyre about the ugliest cage i think ive ever seen, oh and their customer service sucks and ppl are often waiting months to recieve their orders.... i think that about covers it.

I had one on my old 636 and it was solid as hell. One the new 636 I ordered the si cage. My old f4i took a beating with the si cage. And I heard getting powers **** anymore was to much hassle

I had one on my 900rr and they were solid, but it eventually fuced up my frame. Im a small guy and I had no room for my legs I kept hittin my shins and knees every time Id move around. Id go with SI

The powers sub cage does look pretty serious though

Re: powers crash cages yes or no?

good....it'll be cushioned as it folds ur frame in, at least it will happen with padding! lol

Powers is not in my top anything for stunt companies! I've watched sponsored riders not get their cages for MONTHS, and there are horror stories all over here about ordering at the beginning of summer, and being able to ride right before the first day of fall.

Re: powers crash cages yes or no?

if you want a subcage get one from OMR, (old man roger) hes on this site and he makes them and sells them, cheaper and better

im telling you, since you are in croatia if you buy powers you will not get it for a EXTREMELY long time and im getting sick of the powers threads complaining because someone just needs to read ONE thread about powers to realize if you want good customer service and a product within a reasonable time matter, hell even a non-reasonable time matter. dont buy from powers

yoo, where u been hiding, man? haven't seen u on .net.

word, the powers cage is solid but a pain to get and theres a chance u may get ripped off. go with sick innovations, cuz its just as strong, a more ergonomic design, and the owner wears a pink helmet.

Re: powers crash cages yes or no?

Power Cages are the best!!! My cage has been beat to hell and has never tweaked, broken motor mounts, never had a problem with drifting. But Custmore Service suck ***. Took me a month to get mine but well worth it.

The sick innovation cage **** up your shins as well. Or i could almost say almost every cage does this.U could either buy shin guards that icon makes or buy that foam at your nearest hardware store to wrap around the cage. But i would rather get the sick innovation cage just because it could take a beating expecialy on a 636.

+1 i agree the powers sub cage does look solid as ***

Re: powers crash cages yes or no?

sick innovations with out a doubt!!! I keep wondering when people will catch on cause every cage thread out there over and over its SI!!! unfortunatly it took me a month to get mine but well worth the wait now. as far as your shins hitting im 6'2" and my shins do not hit. absolutly awesome cage!!!!! and for the powers cage looking strong as ****. your right it is strong as **** especially when you catch one of those solid foot pegs to your dome. GAME OVER!!! omr the only way to go
