04 636 smokin
Some info here, clean air mod is done, used to have oil dump out can while learnin stalls, not an issue anymore cause i dont leave it standing at 12 so long, ive got 60 tooth in rear, not sure anymore bout front sprocket.
Anyway, first freeway session after bein in the lot for 4 months, i rocked a spreader down the freeway for a ways and then a few shorter ones on the streets, when i pulled over to stop my exhaust was smokin, like really smokin, so question is.............why? could there there still residue in the can that started burning cause of highway rpm range bein so high? i dont want it smokin, looks terrible

HAHAHA, dont need the hb on the freeway killa, the can is just burning when i got off, maybe there is oil in the isulation i packed it with and now its burning off

i have the same bike, i dont have the clean air mod done. the only time my bike will smoke excessivly is if i drag it on the bar @ idle for a while. i use about 3/4 a quart extra, maybe you are running too much oil? or the packing is soaked like u think? but this situation only happens at high speed wheelies when rpms are up, so i would check the oil pump,
