grip mother F#$%!&G tape
ok so after my grip tape fell off the first time i took my time doing it the 2nd time to make the surface very clean.. used some kind of cleaner for my tank thought i had it spotless so i put on the grip tape cut it perfect and i go out again and after about 3 tries on it its folding over and 1/2 of it slid off so now im back to square one..

thats what i use.. been through 2 skateboards worth and it wont stick.. im going to go buy some googone or something and clean the hell out of the tank tonight and try again

never had a prob with skate tape. try FKD grip tape. you can get it in colors and patterns... just burns holes in pants.
you think u got it bad... try doing frog Os with stomp grip.

I just did the cheap truck bed liner in a can first. Then stuck grip tape over that. It worked great.
Oh yeah, how in the hell does a thread have more replys than views???? This one had 12 replys and 10 views before I typed this.
nevermind, I guess u can have multiple replys out of 1 veiwer.

i went to the stores they didnt have anything but paintable crap and i opened them all and none of them had any kind of grip tape texture to it.. so i bought paint stripper im going to strip the tank where the grip tape goes sand it wipe it down with laquer thinner and if it doesnt stick i im going to stick my foot up my cats ***
