OMR is the shit

Re: OMR is the ****
there are a few advantages to having a subcage , the fact that they are a whole lot stronger then stock rear peg brackets are the main reason and they eliminate flex while your standing on your rear pegs so your foot doesn't always feel like it is sliding off the peg...
another advantage is the fact the cross bar on the subcage ties the two sides of the subframe together and that makes the subframe stiffer from side to side which is the way most subframes bend in a wreck ...
omr subcages have the peg mount rotated forward on it's axis so the peg doesn't fold up on you during a wheelie and as an added bonus this puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg instead of on the smooth side of the peg..
and on bikes like the 600 rr omr subcages have a better peg position down back and out compaired to stock so it gives the bike a roomier feel
which would you prefer to stand on

below is a picture that explains why i only sell folding peg subcages
if you look close you can see that the tabs were ripped right off this subframe and that is what can happen if the pegs on your subcage are solid ...folding pegs are the way to go because they fold up during most wrecks a, a solid peg subcage just adds leverage and does more damage then good

Re: OMR is the ****
I agree, I originally thought the stuntaid subframe cages looked pretty tough and were cheaper but then I thought about it and didn't like the idea of two extremly rigid post/pegs coming out of both sides of the bike. It is just another thing to land on when I fall on top of the bike. OMR cages look slick and I'd imagine they would help if you have a passenger too if there legs aren't so retarded high. I don't have money right now but I'm def. interested.
