So lets say I'm doing a squid wheelie at 50mph, turning the handle bars if my tire is spinning will steer my bike to keep it on the road if it is a slanted road? lol.

Dirt bikes are good to learn wheelies on, because they crash cheaply. Friends' bikes are similar in this regard
