ok so i have found a prime piece of unused asphault 600x200 ft. its commercial area.. by some train tracks and some trucking company. i have the phone number for the person who owns the property.. it is private property.... so i need a goood sentence to really want to make him sign the waiver... odds are not good due to the fact of living in a shitty town where everyone is tight about loud noises and stunts!!!

seriously though, i wouldnt even mess with the waiver until the cops bust ya up once or twice and in that event i would put together a small proposal including waiver showing what stunting is about in a positive manner... ie. comps, exhibitions, TV/Mag coverage.. saftey records.. yadda yadda...

but like honestly your best bet is to just ride the spot til its dead than find a new one...
