Re: i dont understand....
Alot of us didnt learn with anyone, BUT you will learn faster with a Hb there is no doubt about it. Put one on, jump up to SS and within a day you will be able to learn alot of **** when you get comfortable with the HB. Spreaders and highchairs will be effortless biggest hurdle to jump is just commiting to it.
Are we talking one day for me to do SS's with a hb, as in 24 hours of constant non stop clutching up?

Re: i dont understand....
i bet u i'll still suck just as much. i think confidence and skill are the things that make someone a good stunter. some people practice and practice and practice and still ...uh...don't progress as fast (i.e. suck). even if i attached a handbrake to my seat and sat on it--- making it an assbrake...i'd still be lacking in skill and unconfident.

Your negative attitude is whats holding you back, not your "lack of skill". Throw some gear on and go for it.

Re: i dont understand....
hmmmmm, alright. i'm gonna put the theme song to connan the barbarian back on my ipod and rip on the pussywagon in an hour. ...no hb.

Re: i dont understand....
Don't do that. Everyone knows you cant to tricks without a handbrake. It will ruin your confidence but listening to music sure helps not sure about your song choice though.

Re: i dont understand....
I still don't know what I'm doing wrong because I get mad and go back to what I know I can do. or I hurt myself. It was easier on the three wheeler with Martin standing around telling me what I was doing wrong. but I suppose it's more exciting the hard way. I can get it to wheelie, but I've yet to experience that moment when I wasn't trying to get it to go back down a little or come up a little.

Re: i dont understand....
i hear what your saying and i do agree that every one should learn how to use there foot brake but i don't understand why people hate on people that set there bike up to stunt before they know how..
i mean if your serious about wanting to stunt then whats wrong with setting your bike up the right way .

Those that say stunting is easy geared ect ect have just gotten so used to their bikes that it feels easy. Stunting is stll hard for us newbs even with all the goodies. And rolling out endos are insane no matter what your bike setup is. And those that go to the lot to watch with a fully set up bike, hey, we enjoy watching people stunt. I've spent countless hours watching youtube videos. Those of us without seasoned forearms are spent after about 10 mins anyways so watching is about all we can do. I don't mind riding in front of good riders if the point is for them to critique me and make me better but if there are a bunch of really good riders practicing then my time is better spent watching. I can get a lot of ideas that way. If they aren't much better than me I'll be riding too.
Any body who thinks stunt riding has become to safe needs to A. try to do a switch back wheelie, B. quite running there ******* mouth, and C. go back to riding a
900rr if your so bad ***!!! Oh yeah and get on you tube and watch the Az's finest video's! until then shut your ****** mouth and learn some new tricks that require a hand brake instead being stuck in the dinosaur days!!!

oh and mad respect to the OG's who used to ride bp hc with no hb but its a new age you gotta roll with it. just like leopard fur bikes aren't the hotness anymore instead its powdercoating and sick paint.

Re: i dont understand....
if you can't go more than 10 mins your a ****** *****.....i'm a newb and i do 30 min at a time on average in 100+ degrees no problem. RIDE TILL YOU WANT TO CRY!! go home with blister's and sunburns and cuts and your muscles so sore you can barely get out of bed to go to work the next day. Hell yeah i take breaks when I'm at the lot but not because i'm too ****** sore or tired but because my clutch finger will no longer work or i'm getting so frustrated i need to take a break before i **** myself up.
