i quitted
this isnt stunt related, but i thought id share my job experience.
i quit my job today :YEAH. my ex-boss is a fat piece of **** so i fired him. he is the cockiest **** ive ever met. he peruses around the restaurant acting like a baller because he owns a lexus is350 eherm--cough--toyota--cough, and a boat.
it all started last sunday when we were secretly evaluated, and i failed. the things i failed were things i was never taught to do, but i still swallowed my pride and obeyed.
he continued to be a dick so i basically called him out in front of my co-slaves. he then wrote me a nasty letter that i was to sign to show i understood where i belong, at the bottom. well, i countered with a letter of my own, and posted it on his office door for everyone to see. needless to say, i was fired soon after.
but check out what i wrote and tell me what ya think:
To [Restaurant Name I will not mention] Fuhrer:
You too were surveyed last Sunday, May 4th. You will see by reading the attached report that you failed miserably as a self-proclaimed proprietor, as well as a decent person. You received an embarrassing 0 out of 100 for first impressions, which is 0%! This is unacceptable, but in your case, not surprising!
As a proprietor, you should take responsibility for the operational conduct that is your business. Every smart businessman knows that a certain investment is required to make an asset worthwhile. Employees, customers, and business partners alike shall be given equal respect. Of course, that should go without saying because that has nothing to do with business. Rather, it is the understood quality of good people.
You seemed to have missed the lessons on kindness, appreciation, and apparently the English language. The items you missed are simple to do: customer follow-up, customer service, good health, employee and customer appreciation, humility, and plain old entrepreneurship!
But wait. Before you become insulted by a rude subordinate such as myself, understand this. You are not God, so bring yourself back down to Earth. I would be deeply gracious if you acknowledged me as a human, and not as an inferior. Thanks!
All of the actions listed on this survey are your job as a proprietor and a human being. Anything less is unacceptable, and if they cannot be accomplished, I’m ******* quitting! So please, do not even try to intimidate me with your fear tactics, because I don’t give a ****!
I am not threatened by your intentions, nor will I compromise my dignity to preserve my job. I am not afraid to speak my mind when I feel it is necessary for my well-being. It is my conscious observation that you do not value respect in any sense, which again, is completely unacceptable. You are a power hungry, fear-injecting, business illiterate. You are quick to blame me for a poor report, but you have yet to evaluate yourself. Then you threaten me with unemployment. Bring it on bitch!
I imagine your response to this will be somewhat defensive. Take it easy though, tough guy. This should spark a reaction for change, for the sake of you and your business. Accept the reasons for concern, admit defeat, and empower your thoughts to alter your behavior in such a way to benefit the greater good. As you should know, business is about what you give, not what you get.
Oh, and P.S. You can consider this my letter of resignation!

Rightfully so,

Re: i quitted
so you let him get to your head and quit your job so now who is at a loss? who won that battle? try being in the millitary if you think life is so rough.
and now venting about it to everyone and opening a shaked up soda can just makes a sticky mess everywhere. what did you gain out of this whole thing at work? how do you think your next employer will think of you when he doesnt even know you, all he knows is this and you show him that paper you wrote, aint gonna be impressive. ofcourse he is a chump that got picked on in high school, but this is something you need to steer around instead of trying to go through it, and it is a test for you to be the bigger man which you have failed.

its not about winning or losing the battle, or who screwed who in the end. that, is irrelevant and like you said, juvenile. what is important is that im not gonna be dicked around. **** it, nothing is worth being dicked around for.
and as for a job lmao, ask me how much i care. your right, i may have gone a little too far and i do believe ive lowered myself to his level. my reputation is worth more than that.
but then again, i have no respect for those who have shown me none.
