Suspension

IM TRYING TO TURN EVERYTHING TO HARD BUT THE ONLY ***** THAT HAVE THE S<-->H SETTING IN THE TOP OF THE FORKS. ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FORKS THERES A **** AND THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE REAR SHOCK BUT THEY DONT HAVE THE DIRECTION TELLING WHICH WAYS HARD AND WHICH WAYS SOFT ? I HAVE SOME PICTURES IF ANYONE CAN HELP

usually out is soft and in is hard

if you turn them all the way out and bounce the bike up and down then turn them in and bounce the bike it will be obviious what way to go

just check the top first to see if it is dampen of rebound then turn it all the way out and check the bottom because if you check them both at the same time you wont know which does what

and tighten up your rear spring so there is no sag in the suspesion , it is better for stoppies and circles

OK BUT I HAVE TO TURN THE **** ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF BOTH RIGHT ?

no you can do it on the floor or a stand on the swing arm just lift up on the subframe once in a while to see if you have all the sag out

lets say you have all the settings turned all the way out ...

when you bounce the bike it will be very bouncy and then if you turn the top settings all the way in the bike will either go down slower or come up slower so will be able to tell what settings do what
