Re: subcages
I like how it connects to the sub. Wouldnt that double as a reinforcemet to the subframe kinda like built in subties. I ride a 05 600rr it has a crappy subframe(pot metal). nice job though. looks good

BIG R....... what ******* color do you want yours?????? I need to make a powder order..... you never replied back to my email!!!!!! thats just selfish!!!!! LOL
if you want white I have plenty on hand, A-TOWN was asking me about candy blue.... I have plenty of blue but it goes over a silver or chrome powder base..... i used the last of my chrome tonight.
I gotta order some panty droppin pink for my sub cage!!!!! LOL

Re: subcages
why do some many people buy 12 bars? they are so easy to make! personally I think all the off the shelf bars are JUNK besides the round bars. My f4i bar i got from someone, it was an FI bar that was cut down.... I rewelded it so it was closer to the stock length so I can keep my tail light, and then I added some tabs on the top and bottom so that it cant twist on the subframe and oval out the bolt holes...... does anyone offer that??? $15.00 in material and about an hour to mock it up and weld it.

Re: subcages
you can go to most steel places and pick up some scraps for cheap.... a scrape bar is simple. when we make them we usually pick the bike up using a chain hoist or something so we can get the necessary angle..... for the most part all you need to do is get the side parts of the bar mocked up to your subframe, and then the face of the scrape pad SHOULD be 90 degrees to the ground. even if you dont have a welder you can mark/cut pieces and take them to a welder.... welders are dime a dozen these days.
whatever...... I like to pinch pennies..... it costs easily $1000 to get a bike stunt ready....
