Hand brake leaking

I set up my double caliper and wut not and have 2 problems, 1st the brake line going into the caliper is leaking at the crush washer closest to the caliper. I tried the bolt hohey sent me with the set up and the bolt that comes on the caliper and the stock bolt works better but still dribbles a little, should i use some kinda sealant or try new washers or any ideas? and the brake line that came with it comes strait out and against the bleeder valve making it a pain in the *** and a half to bleed, if i take pliers and tweak the line a bit to get sum room am I going to **** up the line?

Thanks for any input

Re: Hand brake leaking

are you using the copper crush washers? they are the best because there soft and seal better and why dont you bleed it with the bleeder screw why are you cracking the line to bleed????

Re: Hand brake leaking

i put the new banjo w/ copper washers 1st and it leaked bad now im using the stock bolt n washers, im not crackin the line to bleed it, the line comes off and should go on like a 45 deg. angle so there is room to use the bleeder valve but it is strait and sits right against my bleeder valve so i can't actually put a piece of tubing on the nipple and use it, hence my problem
