Did you have to drop the motor to weld the frame reinforcements or were you able to keep it in? I did the kleen air on my 07 following the 636 instructions, seemed straight foward no pluggin vac. lines, I left the stock T in and just bypassed and plugged the air box, tell me if I should change anything in the way I did it, Thanks.

i also tried... get a nite pick so you can see the efx 3 million color change led lite kit.... they are awesome and bright as the sun...well not that bright ... and they have like 20 different patterns to flash to..... once i get a good shot or video i will post it up... for you guys that do night shows it is a must have:YEAH

and the round bar is being custom mounted where the undertail exhaust use to be.... so you really wont be able to notice it...and i mounted the tail light to the omr cage... and added the intergrated version...so the bike is still street legal:YEAH

 

i asked omr about the kleen air mod... he didnt know... but it is the same as the 06 636...and you did it right also.... and on my show bike... we did drop the frame to reinforce it... but you dont have to...if you know a skilled welder... just have him add in some aluminum that is aleast 2/3 the same size as the motor mount... and weld one on the back side and the weld another to the front.... i saw king tony's snap.... when he posted the pics... he also did something like mine... but i suggest doing it before they break.... cause it is a bitch to get them in and welded good after they break... it will only be like a 1 1/2 job... if you do it from the start.... we also did the subframe.... and that took like 2 hours... but it is solid and stout bro i hope that answered your question

the exhaust looks like it sticks out too far...my ...i like this 08 better in my opinion...

 

thats nice looking... i like the patriot theme paint ... your exhaust it tight... i like the stealth look... but is it a tip or a exhaust... i cant imagine a whole muffler fitting back there unless you converted one of those taylor made exhaust.... but mine doesn't stick out any further then a regular bike with a side exhaust... i think it is the perception of the picture cause it is like a 1/4 inch from hitting the swingarm... you really cant get closer ... and everybody has different taste... i do like yours though ....
