F4I pipe too long?
so the other day im at my spot trying to catch balance pt. seems like im getting closer but still not there. then i decide to man up and go for it. i pop it up and feels like im at balance pt but then i hear scraping so i come back down and check the tail for scrapes. it seems i scraped the pipe not the tail.
just wondering if a stock pipe is really that close to the ground when at BP.

do what i did when i had my f4i. loosen the bolts where it connects by the front rearset and loosen the bolt strap at the passenger rear set and just kick the back of the exhaust. wont scrap before you hit the bar anymore. hahaha

Re: F4I pipe too long?
wth is balance point on your bike? In my avatar I'm scraping the muffler and thats past bp O_o...though wait...after I crashed once my pipe did get bent inwards (toward the subframe) which made me have to go farther back to scrape it...so hey right there just crash your bike from a scrape and make sure it lands on the muffler haha

just cut the pipe down and weld it, if you cant weld it then go get a riviter (i dunno if thats a word and if so probably not spelt right) and rivit the end cap back on.
