Help Me Out
Im doing a speech in my public speaking class, and was wondering if you guys could help me out a little bit.
Im gonna do it on how wheelies and stuff arent as big a deal as the media makes them out to be, and also how the punishments for doing so are way way way too harsh.
Do you guys have any info, stats, pictures I should use in my powerpoint etc.?
I figured I would come right to the source hahaha

the only defense wheelying on the streets is that it only endangers the rider...however if the rider is in a busy area then they are endangering others as well....
now wheelying in the lots with permission and the correct paperwork/blocking off the roads and the cops still try and ticket is bs....
