I am opening a motorcycle sales and parts store on the south shore of long island, New York and i am looking for a mechanic who is interested in renting a part of my shop to operate his own motorcycle repair business. The shop area that is for rent is perfect for a repair operation, it has a large bay door and plenty of space. I will be able to refer many of my customers to you for installs and repairs. All utilities are included in the rent: water, electric, heat... the only other expense to you, besides rent, is that I require you to carry your own insurance policy. As far as rent goes I am asking $1,300 per month but I will work with you if you have the qualifications I am looking for. The shop is located on an extremely busy road in the lynbrook/valleystream area. There is plenty of bike traffic crossong through long island and queens/brooklyn and I see a great opportunity for the both of us.
