how do i shorty a d&d

i have a d&d exhaust for my r6...how should i cut it and shorty it?..do u think it needs to be welded or can it be rivoted?...i dont know where to start..anyone can help me i would be stoked

mine is chopped, carbonfiber D&D, it seriously sounds like ****. i was all pumped about it too. you can hear me like literally miles away if i'm on it. it does sound kinda cool wayyyy up in the rpms like if you are far away from it, sounds like a race bike or something. i need to find a stock can.....
