I've never done it personally, but read about it for old fzr600's...
But I hear you just get both triples you need, bring them to a machine shop, they'll charge you $30-$60 to press them out, and press one into the other one..
Pretty sure you need a hydralic press, and some skills to do it.. Which is why I always hear to just take it to a machine shop
