tygershark on point

well i destroyed my first tygershark cage in 6 months, after 3 stator covers i gave bruce my cage two days ago and im gettin it back tonight updated with a cross bar. right on bruce! now where the hell did i put my hardware for it...

yeah the 05-06 636 apparently have to much flex in the tygershark cages because of how long the bike is, so now they have a cross bar.... u must be one of the only two who have Had to use tygershark's warranty.......

thats so gangster wish i had done more research before i bought my fi, i'll def be buying a tyger shark next JUST for that warranty. i've been very pleased with the fi though

Ya certain cages work better on different bikes. IMO Tygershark is best for the f4i. I hear SI is great on 636s but I wouldnt know.

i have seen the si cage take huge hits on the f4i and do fine but eh! not so much on the 03 04 636

i havint been by my boys house yet to look at the cage to see if its a new one or he just fixed mine. i hope its a new one, pretty sure that once the metal is compromised doesnt that mean its gonna be weak in that area?

yes it will be much weaker.. and even more so if heated to bend back to shape.. it will not stand a hard hit.
