636 intake problem

after a yearor so of heavy abuse lol. my 06 636 has a lil bit of an issue. i dont know if anyone else has incountered this problem but i would asume so and there is a fix... ok well kawi decided to make the front fairing basicly mount on to the ram air induction tub and it is held in with 4 bolts or so. well the top two botls dont seem to be doing much anymore.. the front fairing is saging and well im afraid if i put the bike down hard agin the damn thing is going to break off. has any one found a solution to this problem aside frome the obviuse dont slam the bike down lol. a different faing stay or do i just put a bunch of self tappen screws through the beach

Re: 636 intake problem

is the 06 stay plastic like the 03-04 ones?

you should have gotten a johnnyp one

also if it is plastic it took you a year to break? wtf it took me less then a month for mine to crack, must not be heavy abuse
