Re: Cr250 Vs. Yz250

i always had CR's, it's all personal preference.

I've always like the feel of honda's both crf's and cr's more then anything.

cant loose with a CR

both are good bikes. At that age it's more important the condition than what it is

Re: Cr250 Vs. Yz250

I fucked around with both. They were both the top runners in their class back then. You can't go wrong with either. I personally preferred the CR but that's just me.

Re: Cr250 Vs. Yz250

If you want to freestyle get the CR. If you want speed/agility/handling get the yz. I have owned both and prefer the yz.

Re: Cr250 Vs. Yz250

i had an 02 cr 250 an loved that bike, u cud bog it down low or stomp on it just how a 2 stroke is supposed to be ridden...i personally like the way the cr looks with the thick aluminum frame better, an i never had a problem with that bike, change the oil tighten the chain wash it off after every ride an it was mint...i rode a buddies yz 250 and that was also a nice machine very fast lil bit more of a 2 stroke feel the the cr, also seemed a lil taller which i didnt like cus im pretty short..if u find a really good deal on a yz i wud take it, but if everything is around the same price, cr all the way
