Re: cbr900 won't run on 12oclock

A 1995 carbed CBR900RR does not have a tip sensor. The carbs are probably flooding. That bike will run like a champ if the carbs are cleaned and professional setup

And are you talking about scraping or parking???

Correct me if Im wrong, but tip sensors are only on FI bikes

Re: cbr900 won't run on 12oclock

the carbed 900's will cut out at 12:00. make sure its full(right to the top) with gas. you could also try taking the fuel pump out and gravity feeding it, that helped mine.

Re: cbr900 won't run on 12oclock

the 900 rr will only run on the bar for a few seconds. get an f4i or 636.

Re: cbr900 won't run on 12oclock

My 99' F4 is carbed, it will run on the 12 if the rpms are high enough. There has to be enough vacuum but it still floods, I can smell gas after I set the wheelie down. It won't idle parked on the 12 bar if that is what you are asking. If I had more money and skill I'd have an F4i, but this will have to do till then.

I know its possible. I used to watch Starboy Scott do it on a beat to **** 900rr at an old spot back before they had a bike sponsor. I think he said the idel was way up.
