Letter of recommendation from an attorney?

Letter of recommendation from an attorney?
I would like to stunt in peace and not worry about pigs rolling up on me giving me **** so I am starting to ask permission. Asked a president of a company today and he was worried about attorneys and "how they can be"
I had permission at a spot last year but got kicked out because it was by a nursing home and the old ***** complained on average of 6 times per 30 mins when we were stunting, so the chief of Police said he would write a letter of recommendation for me and my crew, this should help also.
So that lead me to this, has anyone had an attorney get them a letter like this and if so, how much did it cost you?

Re: Letter of recommendation from an attorney?
Well the chief isn't an an attorney and I figure if I had two letters AND a waiver these places would start saying yes.
Its hard to ask people if you can go rip wheelies on their property :/

YOU NEED A RELEASE FORM LIKE WHEN YOU GO RACING AT A NHRA TRACK....
IT RELEASES ALL LIABILITY FROM THE TRACK / PROPERTY OWNER AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO SUE.

Re: Letter of recommendation from an attorney?
well, its better to try than do nothing.
i'm a little confused and need some clarification. You need a "memorandum of recommendation" from an attorney, you mean, stating that stunting in the lot is legally sound, correct? Or are you looking for a letter of permission from the owner?
i have a few questions, is the lot private or public? who owns, control and maintains it?
Make sure you know the owner will be solid with it. You don't want to bring up a subject they weren't aware of and then have them place "NO STUNTING" signs banning you from the lot.
You all have quiet exhausts? we're not ripping rev limiter coasters at 7-10 pm are we? you need to comply with noise limitations for residential zoning if a nursing home is located next door.
Can you trust your "crew"? You sign your name to something extending "permission" for others, and they screw up, you will be held responsible.
