anybody have contact info for scrapeworks? the website seems to be down.

I heard they closed up shop...theres a couple other people on here that are makin steely subs I think tho...Im sure theyll post up soon.

soon as i get a tube bender im gonna be making some **** up asap..

iv made a cpl steel subframes.. yo roger..

ever put a steel subframe on gsxr??

Steel subframe with low grade bolts.. + GSXR = Tank

I went with low grade bolts cuz i want them to break before the ears on my frame do.. nadamean?? Im even thinking of drilling out the centers to make them more weak..

what do u think?

don't go too crazy you don't want the bolts to break just from putting down a hard stoppie

best thing ive seen is putting amount through where the swing arm bolts on and running it towards the back two mounts on the frame that way it takes all the pressure off your back two tabs . thats what i had to do when i broke my tabs, but i did have a monster steel sub frame
