Re: best tire

Pilot Road 2 in the rear is the one I like the most... not as flat as road 1.

pilot power c2 & pirelli diablo 240 in the rear and pirelli diablo superbike (slick) in the front. nothing is wrong with any tire if you feal good on it.

+1 we had like 10 rears that were basically new but just needed a plug. That's all I run..

I used to love Maxxis but I can get powers at a good deal so I've been using those for awhile.. I might switch to maxxis rear and keep the pilot power front

Re: best tire

Kinda depends on what type of stunting you do also...people who do circles down here seem to like 2ct's I guess cause of the shape of the tire gives you a better contact patch in the lean. For just freeway and slow straight stunting I like the M3's. The shape is very round and a lil wider then the other tires. Feels a lot more stable and doesn't wanna go left or right as easily.

Re: best tire

FREE tires are the best i run takeoffs, so many people get a nail or somthing n their tires and are scared to plug or patch so they buy new ones. I'll run plugs all day and have a pile of tires from bike shops, most of the time they'll let you have all you wunt anyways cuz they have to pay to get rid of em

Re: best tire

Brand new power fronts always... confidence in stoppies is half the headgame... and I kick myself in the *** every time I put anything but a power on the front.

I'm startin to like the old metzeler M1's for the rear lately... they last pretty dam long... they break loose pretty predictably... they're very round so dippin in w/ 32psi is effortless... and once they're warm they'll stick pretty much in any full lean outta control throttle chop chop!!
