NOO... i wouldn't trust those telescoping, rotating contraptions. I think I paid about $300 something? Or maybe just under $300?

I don't remember... but well worth the $$ considering I'd already have been through a couple FI tubes at this point... and i can still run FF w/ the wide/straghtness.

Sweet. Due to the info in this thread, I just went to my local metal supply and got some 7/8" aluminum stock. I don't even have my FI clip-ons yet, should be here this week. Gonna set 'em up right....the first time. Thanks guys.

F.I. Greg sent me a pm. Called him and they're shipping me some 50mm collars and eating the bullet on that one. I don't even believe it was their **** up due to the fact that I ordered them from another source. Can't wait to rock the proper ****!

if you are worried about the clipon breaking yeah the aluminium ones won't break but remember once you add something stronger you are creating another weak point ie the tripple the fork tube or even the tube clamp for the clipon wich are all more expensive that the twelve dollar replacement bars. i run nothing but fi 0degree bars and will as long as he keeps making them.

I'll probably try to shim the clip on's... probably put maybe some 3m metal tape on the forks?
Lyons here has clipons that dont fit and he put that white tape you use to put on bolts and pipes and apparently it's working pretty good since he hasn't said anything
