i just wanted to know where you located your ignition on your 636.... and how i would go about making the kill switch not working and make it always on

 

up my ***, around the corner

the kill switch...open it up and find the two wires going to it, either cut em off and splice them together, or do what i did and get one of those tab/clips that automatically slices into the wires and splices them together and do it that way.

 

i disabled the kill switch on my f4i by opening the case and taking the actually red plastic part out, and a few small pieces that work in conjuction with it.

then took the two wires there that worked with the switch, and spliced them together, (otherwise it wont start) then put some tape over the hole on the case where the switch was

are you talking about the on/off switch, key switch, or the tip sensor? if its the tip sensor i think on most bikes you just unhook it. if its the on/off switch or the key switch you would hook the 2 power wires together and ground it with the third wire (black one). some bikes just may have 2 wires.

 

take a thin retaining pin, heat it up with a lighter and push it through the kill switch sideways. even a hair pin or paper clip will work.

the best thing to do for the kill switch is to get a 3M scotch-lock :YEAH all you do is stick the wires in and crimp it down they will not come loose and their is some kind of jelly in it to keep the bare wires protected, cuz you DONT want the wires to come apart, when they do your bike is gonna shut off.

 

super glue it while its in the on position.

i put my ignition right above the clutch and radiator hose

 

i just turned it up so the throttle cables block it!!

 

just random question, but are you about to bust your *** hard in your avatar or are you doing a front flip over the bike

 

put your ignition down by the rear shock so the key sticks downward

 

busted my *** just learned stalls jumped from seat to frogger and the bike stalled and i ate ****
