Well that depends on how you ride do you ride your bike where you are gonna stunt or do you trailer it i ride my 900RR everywhere i go so i went 2down 2up but if i trailered mine i would go about the same as kyle why not it makes everything a whole lot easier and you would have to get inspections and registration

gear it up
it only matters if you roll highways alot
i went +6 rear on the torque monster TL1000S...first gear is a joke. i never use the clutch for wheelies, theres no point. i can pull 6th gear wheelies at 65mph...hilarious
if you ride a 600, you'd better gear it, or dont mind dumpin the **** out of your clutch, and get used to seconf gear, cuz 4th is miles away......

I'm just 2 down 2 up. I'm going to 2 down 5 up soon..... my gearing now just isnt cutting it... It wont allow me to go any slower

I am 2 down 5 up on my 750. Its actually a 600, but I just put a 750 engine in it last week and I had to use my gears off of my 600 which were 1 down 2 up, but that equates to 2 down 5 up on the 750. I can wheelie alot slower now.

Do you still have the stock chain or did you do the conversion.
I was told on my 1000 to not go past a 15t on the front due to
chain crimping problems.
Just curious

I think it is the stock chain (looks like it)
