Re: i need help is a 600 to big???
NBstunter get a CR125 then get a 600 you will thank me in the long run
its bigger then a 80 and def bigger then a 50 you will learn throttle and brake control and anything else you want to
then save up mor emoney and get a 600 after you master the 125
and you guys remember hes 14 so i mean hes not fully grown, and i know aaron colton is young and he started young but hes just crazy lol
but NBstunter just do what i said and you will be fine
80<125<600=

If you are 5 foot 7 I wouldn't be worried about anything. I am 18 and I am only 5 foot 7 and I ride a gsxr600 and a cbr900. I think you should get what you want. If you haven't had a street bike you have to start somewhere so you may want to get a 600.
Just my 2 cents.

Re: i need help is a 600 to big???
im in Ireland over here you can get 250 and 400 cbr's,zxr's etc. ive tried stunting them all but weight to power ratio is ****, id say if you got the 80 locked down get a f4i and just take it easy, get use to handling the weight/size difference before pushing to much if you take small steps and dont try n ride beond your ability then you'll be grand, baby steps, but stay off the streets.. for now... :YEAH

Are you stupid or just trying to give him bad advice on purpose?
cr125 = race bike, leave it on the track.. Keep it out of the stunt spot and woods!

serious question: what do you stunnas think about him rocking the new kawi 250R? Seems like it wouldn't be bad for a 14yo and its only like 3 grand or some **** and its the middle between the 80 and a 600

Re: i need help is a 600 to big???
haha the 250 will wheelie... i hate people that say damn this thing wont wheelie. when i was 15 (last year) i got to balance point in a very squidly way and on accident... both feet back on the rear pegs. haha and yes it will do stoppies but thw brake is very wooden feeling if that makes sense. not the greatest for endos.

Re: i need help is a 600 to big???
+1 to that. 2 strokes are not made to idle let alone stunt. The power bands are rediculous also, so don't even think about a 2 stroke dirt bike! A guy i ride with had a crf150f and was killin sitdown O's on it. so try a crf150f or crf230f. And considering you live in the sticks you have plenty of places to stunt.

Re: i need help is a 600 to big???
this thread is funny...
if you got the DB down real good. and can actually hit BP and ride nice wheelies.. id say go for the 600.
but id make sure you have a legal spot to ride only being 14 and all...you will get in alot of ****. cops arent to nice to us stunt folk

well i think i might go for the 600 but right in front of are house there is a 1 mile straight away on the road [the road is the only paved ground for a 15 min drive] a car goes about every 15 20 min and you see cops about once every 3 months. could i stunt there or should i hate my bike into town and find a parking lot

Re: i need help is a 600 to big???
im 14 and i started stunting a few years ago on my dirt bike a honda xr80 i can do some stuff like dragbacks seat standers couldnt do stoppies cause i broke the front brake and never fixed it lol but i could do a lot im selling the bike and working a lot this summer and i want to know if i can jump up to a 600 now. can anyone help me? thanks
Sell the xr80, and buy a xr90, 100, or MAYBE a 150. An xr80 is WAY to big for me. I like my 50.
