Re: hydro lockin R6
You need to lower your oil level. I have a 05 r6 and i run about a 1/4 of a quart over. Also i have hydrolocked my motor and r6's have weak rods, so chances are if you have locked it up, it will blow up soon in the near future.

Re: hydro lockin R6
there is a crankcase vent tube that runs from the crankcase to the air box and there is a another hose that runs from your pair valve[clean air valve] to your air box ,bypass the air box and connect the two hoses together then disable the pair valve by unplugging and blocking off the vaccum line that actuates the pair valve..
also block off the two holes in your airbox where the two hoses you connected use to go....
this will route any oil that gets pumped out of the crankcase vent tube directly to your exhaust port via reed valves that are mounted in your valve cover, i know this will look like it just puts it back in the engine but it doesn't the read valves are ported to you exhaust port .....
also block off the two holes in your airbox where the two hoses you connected use to go....
