I am sure he was pissed if they damn near killed him, and the dad needs to go down, both parties should have called the cops I guess but damn....

Oconee County investigators are taking a fresh look at 2-year-old allegations a Bogart man fired a gun at a group of teens, after he shot and killed a motorcyclist in front of his house this week.
Authorities didn't charge Richard "Ricky" Harold Gear at the time because they couldn't prove he fired a gun, and witnesses were "less than truthful" about what happened, Oconee County Sheriff Scott Berry said Wednesday.
The sheriff's office will reinvestigate that shooting in light of Gear's claim that he acted in self-defense when he shot 21-year-old Bryan Andrew "B.J." Mough on Monday after Mough argued with Gear's daughters in traffic and followed them home.
After deputies charged Gear with murder, residents called the sheriff's office to report other times Gear may have drawn a gun, Berry said.

I hope he gets to share a cell with a horny dude with a HUGE dick. I cant believe he shot the guy in the back...... I have had someone come at me with a tire Iron when I turned to get away from the guy (who I flipped off) Cause he was no joke 2 feet off my rear tire and I had my wife on the back. Endanger me fine I will take my road rashed *** and kick the **** out of you but don't test me when It comes to my familys safet'y. ******** like this are the reason I got my concealed wepons permit. I have had friends of mine run off the road pushed off their bikes all sort of crap. If I am on a bike and your in a car you got a lot bigger weapon than I do.
All this cause he wanted someone to fix his bike I'm sure....I am sure most of you are like me and work damn hard to pay for this addiction called motorcycles and you know what I dont drive no lexus..I could if I didn't have to put tires and maintenence and payments tword those hondas in my garage...so if you break my **** I want someone to pay for it. That hillbilly ******* I hope the devil roasts his guts from the inside with a big flaming dick.
I need to chill but damn that makes me mad.

I agree.. I mean If i go out in 150mph of glory at least I had a blast until the end but to get shot in the back cause some pre-teen jacked up my bike...not cool. I would follow them too not like I can just whip out the cell phone while I am riding...well I have but only to answer a call too hard to dial w/ gloves.
