got ur name now johnny blaze....lol....the headlight attatches to the fork tubes via rubber straps..heres a pic of the back of a acerbis diamond headlight
(disregard the turnsignal lights on the sides, i attatched them myself for more legal look lol)

Small side(left) is low beam. Right side is high beam. The right side also has a low wattage bulb in it for a position light. I have that one hooked to the low beam also so it looks like both lights are on all the time.
The light is very bright too.

The DHH is nowhere near as bright as the Cyclops. The Cyclops is better constructed as far as light aiming and the lights that are used. The plate on the cyclops tends to flop around a bit though. I blew 2 bulbs on the DHH in a couple of months and the wires kept breaking off where they were soldered to the light sockets. I had to keep soldering them back. Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems w/ the Cyclops yet.
Also, the DHH bulbs allow a lot of light to shine through the rear of them. This can cause a glare on your shield when riding at nite. I spray painted the back of mine black and I would recommend that everyone else do the same. The bulbs that are used on the DHH are not even made for use on a vehicle. They are household bulbs that are used for track lighting. That's right, you can buy them at your local Wal-Mart in the house lighting section for $7 a pop.
Since I have ran both of them for a while I would recommend getting the cyclops and putting a zip-tie on the top plate to keep it from bouncing and I think you will be very happy. It's worth the extra cash.

just bought the cyclops light for 114 delivered clean look replaced bulbs with hid just waiting for day off to install
tryin to see how good tach will fit doesnt look like much room

i like the look of the diamond, but i dont think they make it anymore, i just got the sd2 from HAI, and mounted it with zip ties
its decently bright, but not as bright as some friends i have with the cyclops.

Where do you guys mount the tach at with the cyclops? You buy different one or use the stock one? I might try seeing if I can find a way to squeeze it in somewhere to cut on costs for now...

the side of the bike, the handlebars, behind the acerbis, wherever it fits
but you do'nt need a tach for stunting, only thing I use my gauges for is temperature, and oil pressure

same here but i also keep it there for the gas light, at least 3 ppl around here have eatin **** cuz there bike bogged out in a wheelie cuz of no gas... one kid was ss on the highway... i also like to kno what im riden my idle at an **** too

For the short time I didn't run gauges, I managed to run out of gas, luckly not while in a wheelie

The diamond headlight was the best looking one they made, there shoould have never discountined it. cant seem to load a picture of mine thow.

I just bought one but have not wired it yet. How hard is it to wire were it works HI an LOW beam? I have a 2000 ZX6R? Should I cut the plug off wire the light was? And put the wire to wire? There are 6 wires coming off the light and 6 wires coming off of the bike. So the big question is witch wire goes were.

6 wires, so theres 2 grounds, 2 high beam 12v+, and 2 low beam 12v+
With an acerbis, you'll end up eliminating TWO of the 12v+ wires..
Do you want to keep the high beam/low beam function of your bike?? Or do you want your high/low switch to turn your lights on and off??
edit: ok nevermind you DO want high and low.
If you have a multimeter, or a 12v test light, it'll make hooking them up way easier.. It's really self explanatory, but if you need help pm me
