he may be a good guy...but in terms of business....its not cool. I have PM'ed him, I have emailed him numerous times. Businesses should conduct themselves as so....Have a phone number for your customers to call.. reply to emails or questions regarding orders....I really dont like chasing my stuff like I am now. I would nt mind if the guy at least would give a heads up email or call. I hate chasing my stuff...specially when they have my money. He may be a good guy....but whats up with this then?
