Since it is a Streetfighterz designed part, I think its only fair to leave it on there. Like he said, If you dont want it on there, you could cover it up with grip tape. 
POPPA- Thats a good idea. Maybe we'll try that on one and see how it comes out. We could ship them raw too if someone wanted to spray bedliner on them. :YEAH

I just seen this same style design on 2 other bikes. Tone and Big Kris of West Coast Connection. Looks almost exactly the same, but yea, they threw grip tape on the top of em and they swear by em.

all i know is since i have had one of these plates i have not had any damage to my tail at all....... and im a fat *** so for anyone out there busting their tails.... this is what you need!!!!!
