I was one of the guys that ordered some **** from them guys last spring it was a FI pro-series bar for my old f4ezzy. I waited over 6 weeks and never got my ****.
I did like you and called and emailed damn near every 2 days and only after left some threatening emails
they emailed me back and said the bar was on back order...but i should get it in 1 week.... Did i get it??? YES was it a FI pro-series bar
.....NO it was that long *** FI 11 o'clock bar.... it then took me another week to get in contact with them.... They told me to mail it back and they would ship me the right one. What did i do!!!! 
I drove my *** to Dallas dropped off that 11 o'clock bar and got my refund...CASH but im only 5 hrs from dallas and got friends there so i stay with them and hit the lots sat morning
i dont know where you leave but good luck....But in there defense i did order some t-shirts from them the same time i ordered the bar and did get them in like 2 weeks!!!

You should get a responds use words like LAWSUIT, TORTIOUS, LIBELLOUS, OBJECTIONABLE, WITHOUT LIMITING TOO BLAH BLAH BLAH and dont forget "I'LL BURN YOUR **** DOWN!!!!!"

or the guy shipping the item, lied about when he really shipped it, because I've never had to wait more then 5-6 business days for a ground item.
Hell usually I'l get items from florida/cali to missouri in 3 days..
