Tig and razor it was a blast. i will put up 2 up in my sons room anytime you want to come back. Steph and i are going to try to get to France sometime to see you guys. So many memories and late nights i am still trying to get back to normal. i want to drive the Twingo when i come to France so fix it after Aaron crashes it

yea man, squeeze 4 of em, mix juice with 1 liter of water, start drinkin 1hour before u ride, and finish it when u start ridin, works like a champ for me:YEAH

And ryan, for the lemon juice, i do it the way i explained and i can ride for hours no arm pump, don't know exactly why but i got a hard time riding more than 1/2 an hour without this
