I just picked up an '02 for the same price w/ bent forks. I got super lucky and won a bid on ebay and got a set of straight forks w/ axle for $117 shipped. Just gotta be patient w/ some of those auctions, and look for ones that end around 10 AM, on weekdays, when most people are at work. I also just straightened a friends sub-frame that was a little worse than yours. I parked the bike between the rear bumpers of two trucks and used tie-downs to secure the frame and swingarm to both bumpers, then used a ratchet style tie-down secured to the bumper on the side you want to bend towards, and just ratcheted that **** back over. Good luck!
