Air Filter...?

Im changing the filter on my 02 f4i and i was wondering if you have to use any filter oil on it before you put it on or do you just put it in as is....?

most any filter comes pre oiled. should say on the package.

If it is brand new either stock or k&n etc it is drop in ready to go....stock never needs oiled, k&n etc just oil after washing. Instructions should be right on the box.
